My journey of 20 years of faithing forward

My biggest take aways from listening to a virtual grandpa to me, Jeffrey R. Holland, as he spoke about the “Hidden Fire” of prayer. I was grateful to be reminded to pray vocally, and to consider the power of prayer for a shield against temptation ( setting my intention for my own light to have no boundaries). I loved remembering how connected I feel with God, and that He cares about me connecting with Him.

Learning together with my faith focused friends of all ages 12 and up ( joys of my experience with “general conference” April 2024)

Unexpected surprised at our first week of a wifi-free life

Finding my cherishing honouring and respecting spirit of integrity and virtue as I approach a challenge with trust peace and hope to replace the once shame filled way of attacking a challenge

Realizing that an invisible greenhouse is not enough for my sacred seeds ( the soil needs to be ready to nourish, and allow for the full fruition of these seeds)

Celebrating the gladness that God helps me uncover, especially as I dive into ancient texts that invigorate my heart, mind and spirit to consider the wisdom of those that came before me to allow for a seed of goodness to be planted in my heart and be nurtured. Creating an invisible greenhouse sanctuary to allow for my sacred seeds to germinate and grow to fruition.

Enjoying life- being ok that others can see my face, and being noticed. Rejecting the lie that if someone sees me, I’m in danger, but realizing the truth that perhaps another can be blessed by the light in my eyes that has been hard earned
